Customer Care

1.1 Custom Orders: We specialize in building custom bass guitars, custom DIY guitar bodies, creating custom headstock decals, and offering guitar repair services. Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. ALL DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM ORDERS, INCLUDING 4 PLAY PAYMENTS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
1.2 Order Process: When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate and detailed specifications. We will work closely with you to ensure your requirements are met to the best of our abilities. Any changes to the order must be communicated promptly and may incur additional costs.

Wholesale Inquiries

3.1 Wholesale Orders: We welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers and other businesses interested in carrying our products. Please contact our wholesale team to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms of partnership.

4.3 Square: In addition, we accept payments through Square, which provides a safe and reliable payment processing platform.
4.4 Order Fulfillment: Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if payment is not received or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

**NEW STORE POLICY**
Beginning 08-25-23, there will be a $50 Consultation Fee, invoiced through PayPay, for all quotes given for a custom bass. This fee will be non-refundable, but will be applied to the cost of purchasing the bass (i.e. if the cost comes out to $1100, your total will be reduces to $1050).
Putting together a quote is time consuming, not just for Panick Inc Custom Shop, but for the various vendors we may contact for parts, materials and services.
